Eligibility for TGRJC CET 2025

  1. Candidate must be a resident of India and must have studied previous classes in TELANGANA
  2. Must have passed the 10th Class qualifying examination in first attempt in March, 2025 only. Candidates who have passed in earlier years are not eligible and need not to apply.
  3. Open Category Candidate must secure a minimum GPA of 6 and BC, SC, ST and minority candidates must secure minimum GPA of 5 in S.S.C or equivalent qualifying examination and GPA of 4 in English for all the candidates.

 Question paper shall be issued in Telugu/English (bilingual).

The test is an objective type with 2½ hrs duration for 150 marks (50 marks for each subject). The candidates have to mark their answers in the OMR sheets. Model Question papers are available in the Website http://tgrjc.cgg.gov.in/. The question papers of TGRJC CET will be based on 10th standard in Telangana state syllabus for subjects and English will be General English.

How to Apply Online

Steps to be followed in submission of the application through ‘Online’.

  1. The candidate shall first go through the information bulletin carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing of TGRJC-CET 2025.
  2. The candidate after satisfying about the eligibility criteria for the submission of application through online shall pay an amount of 200/- fee through ONLINE or through Credit card (Payment gateway ) for submission of application through Online.
  • At the ONLINE CENTER or PAYMENT GATEWAY (By Credit Card/Debit Card) the candidate has to give the required preliminary data (i.e., Name of the candidate, Date of birth and mobile number).
  • On receipt of fee at ONLINE or PAYMENT GATEWAY, the candidate shall be issued a Journal Number, then the candidate can proceed with submission of application online through the website http://tgrjc.cgg.gov.in/. Issue of Journal Number does not mean that the candidate has completed submission of application. It is only a confirmation of the fee payment.

 Before submission of the Online application form, the candidate has to fill up the Model Application form (given at annexure)

Candidate who is appearing for SSC Board Examinations in March & April, 2025 is eligible to apply through online application.

  • The applicants shall follow the procedure for submission of online application as given in the ‘Information Bulletin’ and also as per the instructions provided online while filling up the online application form. The Candidate should be ready with photograph of size 5 X 4.5 cms. Before applying on-line application. The Photo should be scanned and uploaded as per prescribed format.
  • While filling the online application, the candidate has to opt for the course. Once a Course/Group is opted, it cannot be changed.
  • The applicants may not upload any certificate at the time of application, but they must obtain original certificates (Caste, Income, Study, Special category) at the time of admission only.
  • On submission of application ONLINE, the candidate has to take a copy (print) of application form for reference number. This Reference number is required to download the Hall Ticket. The copy of online application must to be preserved for further reference.

If, any mistakes/ incorrect information, the candidate is solely held responsible. Hence, they must take utmost care while filling the online application.

TGRJC 2025 Hall Ticket Download

  • Candidates can download their Hall Tickets from the website at http://tgrjc.cgg.gov.in/ before one week of the Examination. Candidates have to download the hall tickets from the website only. No printed hall ticket shall be issued/ posted to the candidate.

Eligibility Criteria for TG PGLCET 2025

  • Candidates who have already obtained an LL.B./B.L. degree (either 3-year or 5-year course) on the date of application are eligible to appear for TG PGLCET 2025.
  • In addition, candidates who are currently in their final year of the LL.B./B.L. program and are appearing for their final exams are also eligible to apply.
  • However, such candidates must have successfully passed their qualifying examination before attending the counselling process.

Qualifying Marks for TG PGLCET 2025

  • To qualify in the entrance test, candidates must score at least 25% of the total marks, which means a minimum of 30 marks out of 120.
  • However, for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST), there is no minimum qualifying mark requirement.

 STEP 1: Application Fee Payment

  1. Click on “APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT” link which is available on the homepage.
  2. A Payment Verification page will open.
  3. Click on “YES” to proceed.
  4. Fill in all required details:
    • Name, Date of Birth
    • Mobile number (self/parent/guardian)
    • Email ID
    • Category
    • Qualifying Exam Hall Ticket Number
    • Stream Applied For
    • Type of Payment (Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card)
  5. Click “Proceed to Payment”.
  6. On the Payment Gateway page:
    • Select your Card Type (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro)
    • Enter card details and click PAY.
  7. After payment, you’ll see a “Transaction Successful” message and get a Payment Reference ID. Note this ID for future reference.
  8. You will be redirected automatically to continue with the application.

In case of payment failure:

  • If the money is debited but no confirmation is received, check the “Payment Status” by clicking the tab on the homepage.
  • Enter Hall Ticket Number and Mobile Number → Click Check Payment Status.
  • If payment shows “not found”, make the payment again. The earlier amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days.

STEP 2: Fill Application Form

  1. After successful fee payment, click on “Proceed to Fill Application” (immediately or later).
  2. If filling later, revisit the site and click “Fill Application Form”.
  3. Enter:
    • Payment Reference ID
    • Hall Ticket Number
    • Mobile Number
    • Date of Birth
      → Then click “Proceed to Fill Application”.
  4. Enter all mandatory fields in the form and check the Declaration checkbox.
  5. Click SAVE to store the entered details.
  6. Click “Preview/Submit” to view the filled form.
  7. If all details are correct, click “Confirm/Freeze”.
    • A message will appear: “Your Application confirmed successfully. Please note your Registration Number.”

The rank secured in TG PGLCET 2025 is valid only for admission into LL.M. courses for the academic year 2025–2026.

Ranking Criteria

  • Candidates will be ranked based on the total marks secured in the entrance test.
  • In case two or more candidates secure the same total marks, their marks in Part-A of the entrance test.
  • If the tie persists even after that, candidates will be bracketed together and their age will be considered.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. Educational Qualification
    • Candidate must have passed the S.S.C. Examination conducted by the State Board of Secondary Education, Telangana or any equivalent examination recognized by the Board.
    • Acceptable equivalent boards include:
      • CBSE
      • ICSE
      • NIOS
      • TOSS
      • Other State Boards in India
    • Candidate must have Mathematics as one of the subjects and should have obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying exam.

    • Must have passed all subjects including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with minimum 35% marks in each subject.

    Nationality & Domicile

    • Candidates must be Indian Nationals and satisfy local/non-local status requirements as per Telangana Government Orders.
    • Non-Indian Nationals must meet the rules of the respective universities.

    Education Qualification

    Master of Business Administration (MBA):

    • The candidate must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree of at least 3 years in any of the following disciplines:

    Master of Computer Applications (MCA):

    • The minimum age to apply is 19 years as of the date of notification.
    • There is no upper age limit.

    Minimum Marks Requirement:

    • GATE-qualified candidates will be given first preference for admission into various PG professional programs in institutions/colleges across Telangana.
    • After admitting GATE-qualified candidates, the remaining vacant seats will be filled based on TG PGECET 2025 ranks in Merit Order.
    • As per the AICTE Approval Process Handbook 2025, the eligibility criteria for admission into Engineering and Pharmacy courses require:
      • 50% marks in group subjects in the qualifying examination (45% for reserved category candidates).

    TG EdCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualifications

    Candidates applying for TG EdCET 2025 must meet the following educational qualifications:

    1. General Eligibility:
      • Candidates must have passed or appeared in a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following disciplines that is in B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Sc (Home Science), BCA, BBM, B.A (Oriental Languages), BBA.
      • OR complete Master’s Degree, with at least 50% aggregate marks.
      • OR B.E/B.Tech (Engineering or Technology) with at least 50% aggregate marks.
      • OR any other equivalent qualification.
    2. Relaxation for Reserved Categories:
      • Candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC and other reserved categories must have secured at least 40% marks in the qualifying examination.
    3. Required Documents:
      • Candidates must produce the marks memo and pass certificate during counseling.
    4. Ineligible Candidates:
      • Candidates with the following degrees are not eligible for admission into the B.Ed course:
        • MBBS, B.Sc (Agriculture), BVSc, BHMT, B.Pharm, LL.B, and other professional/job-oriented degree courses.
      • Moreover, candidates holding a Master’s Degree without an Undergraduate Degree are also not eligible.

    Age Limit

    • Candidates must have completed 19 years as of July 1st of the year in which the notification is issued.
    • The good news is that there is no upper age limit for applying.

    • The common entrance test will be an objective-type (multiple-choice) examination.

    • Each question carries one mark, making a total of 150 marks.

    1. Open an internet browser (Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 6.0 and above).
    2. Type the website address: edcet.tgche.ac.in and press ENTER.
    3. The homepage of the TG EdCET website will be displayed on the screen.

    1. Click on the Application Fee Payment
    2. A new page will appear with a Note dialog box.
      • Click YES to proceed.
      • Click NO to return to the homepage.
    3. If you click YES, the Application Fee Payment form will be displayed.

    4. Do not refresh or close the browser during payment.

    Checking Your Payment Status

    1. Click on Know Your Payment Status
    2. Enter your Qualifying Examination Hall Ticket Number and Mobile Number.
    3. Click Check Payment Status.
    4. If payment is successful, your transaction details will be displayed.

    In Case of Payment Issues:

    • If your amount is debited but the payment receipt is not generated, check your Payment Status.
    • If you receive a Payment Transactions Not Found message, make a fresh payment.
    • Any deducted amount from an unsuccessful transaction will be refunded within 5 to 7 working days.

    1. Proceed to fill the application immediately.
    2. Fill the application later by returning to the website.

    3. Click Proceed to Fill Application.

    3. Enter your Payment Reference ID, Hall Ticket Number, Mobile Number, and Date of Birth.

    Important Notes:

    • Do not refresh or click the back button during payment processing.
    • If payment status shows “Transaction Successful” but no Payment Reference ID is displayed, check Know Your Payment Status.
    • If the amount is deducted but payment fails, try again. The deducted amount from the previous attempt will be refunded in 5 to 7 working days.
    • Always save your Payment Reference ID and Registration Number for future reference.

    Hall Ticket Download

    Candidates can download their Hall Ticket from May 29, 2025, following the official website edcet.tgche.ac.in.

    Qualifying Marks

    • The minimum qualifying marks in the entrance test for all candidates (except SC/ST) is 25% of the total marks (rounded off to 38 marks).
    • There is no minimum qualifying mark for SC/ST candidates for general ranking.
    • However, SC/ST candidates must secure at least 25% (38 marks) in TG EdCET to be considered under the NCC, Sports & Games, Physically Handicapped, or Children of Armed Personnel quotas.

    Ranking Criteria

    • Candidates will be ranked in order of merit based on the marks obtained in TG EdCET 2025 (online exam).
    • If two or more candidates score the same total marks, the following criteria will be used to determine their rank (in order of priority):
      1. Subject/Content Marks (higher marks rank higher).
      2. Teaching Aptitude Marks (if still tied, higher marks rank higher).
      3. General English Marks (if still tied, higher marks rank higher).
      4. General Knowledge & Educational Issues Marks (if still tied, higher marks rank higher).
      5. Computer Awareness Marks (if still tied, higher marks rank higher).
      6. If the tie persists after considering all the above, candidates will be bracketed together for ranking purposes.
      7. At the time of admission, age will be considered, with older candidates given priority.

    Important Notes

    • The rank obtained in TG EdCET 2025 is valid only for admission to the B.Ed course for the academic year 2025-26.
    • Requests for re-totaling, re-evaluation, or personal verification of answer scripts will not be entertained.
