Rajasthan Police Subordinate Services invited applications from eligible male/female candidates for 9617 vacant posts of Constable (General Duty, Driver, Band, Mounted, Police Telecom, etc.) in Rajasthan Police. Applications can be submitted online only through the Rajasthan Police Official website.
The importance of this notification is that the candidates who had applied earlier for Constable posts as per the previous notification in 2023 do not need to apply again. Their earlier applications will be considered. Such candidates can modify their details or apply afresh from 18th May 2025, to 25th May 2025.

Education Qualification
- Constable (General / Band / Mounted / Dog Squad): Passed 12th standard (Senior Secondary) from a recognized board.
- Constable Driver: Passed 12th standard and must possess a valid LMV/HMV driving license issued before 01.01.2026.
- Candidates applying for Constable (Police Telecom) must have a 10+2 pass in Science (Physics & Maths/Computer).
- The candidate must have working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
Salary
- During the two-year probationary period, selected candidates will receive a monthly fixed remuneration of ₹14,600.
- Upon successful completion of the training/probation period, the candidate will be placed in the Pay Matrix Level-5, along with allowances as per government rules.

1. Written Examination (OMR Based Test)
- The written test will consist of 150 objective-type questions worth a total of 150 marks.
- Each question carries 1 mark.
- Negative marking: 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- The exam duration will be 2 hours.

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST)
Physical Efficiency Test (PET):
After qualifying the written exam, candidates for Constable (General, Driver, Band, Mounted, Dog Squad) posts will be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). It is qualifying in nature and does not carry any marks.
- The test includes a running event to assess physical ability.
- Remember only one chance will be given for the Physical Efficiency Test.
- Candidates who fail to qualify in PET will be disqualified from the recruitment process.
- Candidates must meet the qualifying time limit as per the table below.

Physical Standards:
- The PST will be conducted only for candidates who qualify in the PET.

How to Apply
- Candidates must first complete their SSO ID registration and One Time Registration (OTR) on the recruitment portal sso.rajasthan.gov.in.
- Click on the “Recruitment Advertisement” and then “Apply Online.”
- Login using SSO ID, Upload all required documents during OTR, including CET details.
- After OTR, apply by clicking on “Apply Now” using your Application Number.
- Pay application fee through online payment gateway.
