Selection Process of GMCH Nursing Officer Recruitment 2025

Written Test Patten

Part 1: Subject Knowledge (Nursing-related): 70 Marks

Part 2: Practical Assessment Questions (from relevant fields): 30 Marks

  • Each incorrect answer will result in a deduction of 0.25 marks (negative marking).

Minimum Cut-off (Benchmark) for Each Category:

Merit List and Counseling:

Only candidates who qualify in both Part 1 and Part 2 will be considered for the final merit list. GMCH will prepare the merit list based on total marks scored in the written test (Part 1 + Part 2). Then, candidates will be invited for counseling in a 1:3 ratio based on merit.

At the time of counseling, GMCH will verify original documents of shortlisted candidates. If any candidate fails to produce the required documents, the committee will immediately reject their candidature. The committee’s decision will be final.

Selection Procedure

  • GMCH will upload the written test marks of all candidates on its official website.
  • If two or more candidates achieve the same merit score, the older candidate (by age) will rank higher in the final merit list.
  • If candidates have the same merit and date of birth, the one with a higher percentage in the essential educational qualification will rank higher.

Where should I apply for the SECR Apprentice recruitment?

Applications must be submitted online at www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in.

What qualifications are required to apply?

Candidates must have passed 10th class and hold an ITI certificate in the relevant trade.

How many vacancies are available under SECR Apprentice 2025?

A total of 1,007 vacancies are available (919 in Nagpur Division and 88 in Motibagh Workshop).

Will I get a stipend during the training period?

Yes, a monthly stipend of ₹8,050 (2-year ITI) or ₹7,700 (1-year ITI) will be provided.

Are engineering or diploma holders eligible?

No, Engineering and Diploma holders are not eligible for this apprenticeship.

Is there any application fee for applying?

No, there is no application fee required for this recruitment.

No, applicants must choose only one either Nagpur Division or Motibagh Workshop.
