Age
- Only Indian Nationals who are above 18 years of age are eligible to apply.
- The maximum age limit varies by category:

Education Qualification

Integrated M.Tech Applicants
- Candidates who have completed a 5-year Integrated M.Tech in the relevant discipline with at least 60% marks are also eligible, provided they meet the other specified requirements.

Salary of NPCIL Recruitment 2025 through GATE
Stipend During Training
While undergoing training, Executive Trainees will receive the following:
- Monthly Stipend: ₹74,000/-
- One-Time Book Allowance: ₹30,000/-
- Mandatory accommodation provided by NPCIL (Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited)
Pay on Appointment as Scientific Officer/C
- Upon appointment as Scientific Officer/C, the candidate will be placed in Pay Level 10 of the Pay Matrix, with a basic pay of ₹56,100/-.
- In addition, they will receive Dearness Allowance (DA).
- In addition to the above pay and allowances, employees are entitled to various allowances, incentives, and facilities.
Selection Process for NPCIL Recruitment 2025 through GATE
NPCIL will follow a structured and merit-based selection process for the recruitment of Executive Trainees 2025. The process involves the following key steps:
- First, NPCIL will shortlist candidates for the personal interview based on their valid GATE 2023, or GATE 2024, or GATE 2025 scores. The shortlisting will follow a 1:12 ratio, i.e., for every available vacancy, 12 candidates will be shortlisted in the order of merit.
- NPCIL will publish discipline-wise and category-wise cutoff marks on its recruitment portal. Additionally, shortlisted candidates can view their interview status under the ‘Application Status’ section by logging in at www.npcilcareers.co.in.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive the interview date, time, and venue details through Email/SMS. The call letter for the interview will also be available for download on the official website.
- NPCIL will make the final selection based on the performance in the personal interview. GATE scores will not carry any weight at this stage.
