| 3. Then, enter your active mobile number and email ID. These will be used for all future communication and to retrieve your registration details if needed. |
| 4. After checking the declaration box, click “Submit.” You will receive your Registration ID and Password on your registered mobile number and email. |
| 5. Now, log in using your Registration ID and Password. On the new page, click the link “HEAD CONSTABLE (GENERAL DUTY) AGAINST SPORTS QUOTA-2025” to access the application form. |
| 6. At this point, your previously entered registration details will auto-fill. Carefully complete the remaining fields. Then click “SAVE & PREVIEW” to review your application. |
