Education Qualification
Graduation in the relevant subject with a minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/BC/PwD candidates). |
Professional Qualifications: B.Ed. or equivalent with the subject as a methodology, recognized by NCTE/RCI. Alternate Qualifications: B.C.A. with relevant subjects at the Intermediate level or a 4-year integrated B.A.B.Ed./B.Sc.B.Ed. degree. |
Postgraduate Pathway: Post Graduation in the concerned subject with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/BC/PwD) and a three-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed. program. |
TET Qualification: Must have qualified in Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP-TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (C-TET). |
RCI Registration: Candidates with B.Ed. (Special Education) must be registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) and possess a valid CRR number. |

Recruitment Process of AP DSC Notification 2025 Notification
Principal: First, candidates must appear for Paper I, an English Language Proficiency Test (qualifying in nature) for 100 marks. They must compulsorily qualify in Paper-I test to proceed. Next, they take Paper II, a Written Test (Computer Based Test) for 100 marks. There is no TET requirement for this post. |
PGTs (Non-Language): Initially, candidates take Paper I, the English Language Proficiency Test (qualifying in nature) for 100 marks. After qualifying, they proceed to Paper II, which is a Computer Based Test for 100 marks. There is no TET required for this post. |
PGTs (Language): Candidates directly appear for a Computer Based Written Test worth 100 marks. There is no English Language Proficiency Test and no TET required for these posts. |
TGTs (Non-Language): Candidates must first take Paper I, the English Language Proficiency Test (qualifying in nature) for 100 marks, and they must qualify in it. Next, they take Paper II, which totals 100 marks: 80 marks for the Computer Based Test, and 20 marks weightage from APTET/CTET. |

3. Click Generate OTP, enter the OTP received on your mobile. Your temporary Username and Password will be displayed |
4. Log in using the temporary credentials and set a permanent password. Existing users can log in directly using Username and Password |
5. Select your current district if you migrated from Telangana after June 2, 2014. Accept the Disclaimer before proceeding |
6. Go to View/Edit Profile. Upload a passport-size photo (JPEG/JPG, less than 150 KB). |
7. Check all mandatory fields and click Save & Continue. |
8. Choose your Type of Study (Regular/Private). Enter details of Intermediate, UG, PG qualifications. System auto-detects your Local District. |
9. Complete all mandatory fields to determine eligible posts. Click Save & Continue. |
10. View eligible posts based on your qualifications. Choose your preferred post(s) and exam centers. |
11. Click Generate OTP for confirmation. Enter OTP and proceed to payment gateway. |
