Eligibility Criteria for TG ICET 2025
Nationality & Domicile
- Candidates must be Indian Nationals and satisfy local/non-local status requirements as per Telangana Government Orders.
- Non-Indian Nationals must meet the rules of the respective universities.
Education Qualification
Master of Business Administration (MBA):
- The candidate must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree of at least 3 years in any of the following disciplines:
B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BBM, BCA, BE, B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, or any other recognized 3 or 4-year degree (excluding Oriental Languages).
Master of Computer Applications (MCA):
- The candidate must have completed a BCA, B.Sc, B.Com, or B.A degree with Mathematics either at the 10+2 level or during graduation.
Recognition of Distance Learning Degrees:
- If the qualifying degree was obtained through Distance Mode/Open Distance Learning (ODL), it must be recognized by the Joint Committee of UGC, AICTE, and DEC/DEB as per UGC Regulations of 2013 and 2020.
Age Criteria:
- The minimum age to apply is 19 years as of the date of notification.
- There is no upper age limit.
Minimum Marks Requirement:
- Candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in their qualifying degree.
- For reserved categories (SC/ST/BC), the minimum requirement is 45% marks.

Step 1: Visit the Official Website
- Open a web browser (preferably Google Chrome or Internet Explorer 6.0).
- Go to icet.tgche.ac.in and press Enter or simply click on the link provided.
Step 2: Payment of Application Fee
- Click on the “APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT” link on the homepage.
- Afterwards a new page with Instructions will appear. Click on “CONTINUE” to proceed.
- The “TG ICET 2025 Fee Payment” page will be displayed. There click on “YES” to continue to the payment page.

In Case of Payment Issues
- If the payment is deducted but the receipt is not generated, check the Payment Status.
- If the message “PAYMENT DETAILS NOT FOUND” appears make a fresh payment. The deducted amount from the first attempt will be refunded in 5-7 working days.
Step 4: Filling the Application Form
- After successful payment, you can either Proceed immediately to fill the form by clicking “PROCEED TO FILL APPLICATION” or Fill it later by returning to the website.

Qualifying Marks for TG ICET 2025

The qualifying percentage of marks in the entrance test is 25% (i.e., 50 marks out of a total of 200 marks).

Ranking Criteria for TG ICET 2025
Candidates will be assigned state-wide ranks based on their merit in TG ICET 2025. In case multiple candidates secure the same marks, the tie-breaking criteria will be as follows:

Firstly, after conducting the exam, the officials will announce the Preliminary Key on 21st June 2025. If you find any objections, you can raise them by paying ₹500 per objection, and the objection window will be open from 22nd June to 26th June 2025.
After reviewing the objections, the officials will release the Final Answer Key. Moreover the results will be announced on 7th July 2025.
