Eligibility Criteria for TG EAPCET 2025

Candidates satisfying the following requirements are eligible to appear for TG EAPCET 2025:

1. The candidate should be of Indian Nationality or a Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holder.
2. The candidate should satisfy the Local / Unreserved status.

Eligibility for Engineering & Other Courses:

Eligibility Requirements:

1. Candidates must have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects or related vocational courses.
2. Candidates must have a minimum of 45% marks (Unreserved) and 40% marks (Reserved category) in MPC/BiPC subjects combined.
3. Candidates must have completed 16 years of age as of December 31, 2025. There is no upper age limit.
4. For Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering), and B.Tech. (Food Technology):
   • Candidates must have completed 17 years of age as of December 31, 2025.
   • The upper age limit is 22 years for General candidates and 25 years for SC/ST candidates.

Eligibility for B.Pharmacy Course:

1. Candidates must have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as optional subjects.
2. Candidates must have completed 16 years of age at the time of admission.
3. There is no upper age limit.

Eligibility for B.Tech. (Biotechnology) / B.Tech. (Biomedical Engineering) / B.Tech. (Pharmaceutical Engineering):

1. Candidates must have passed or appeared for the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Biology, Physics, and Chemistry as optional subjects.
2. Candidates must have completed the bridge course in Mathematics, conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana.

Eligibility for Pharm-D Course:

1. 50% of seats are reserved for MPC candidates and 50% for BiPC candidates.
2. Candidates must have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2 pattern) with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects.
3. Candidates who have passed or appeared for the Diploma in Pharmacy examination conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana, are also eligible.
4. Candidates must have completed 17 years of age as of December 31, 2025.

Medium of Entrance Test

The TG EAPCET 2025 question paper will be available in three languages. However, during the Computer-Based Test (CBT), candidates must choose one of the following options:

1. English & Telugu (Bilingual)
2. English & Urdu (Bilingual)

• All candidates must select one of these two options, regardless of the medium of study in their qualifying examination.
• If there is any discrepancy in translation between bilingual versions, the English version of the question will be considered final.

Test Zones for TG EAPCET 2025

Candidates must select their preferred test zone while submitting the online application. Changes to the test zone will not be allowed after submission.

1. Candidates must select their preferred test zone during the online application process. Once chosen, it cannot be changed.
2. The Convener reserves the right to modify the test zones by adding or removing centers.
3. The Convener has the authority to assign candidates to a test zone different from the one they selected, if required.
4. Candidates cannot submit multiple applications for the same stream (E / AP / E & AP). If multiple applications are submitted, the Convener has the right to reject all or accept only one application.

TG EAPCET 2025: Online Application Submission Process

• The above documents must be submitted during counseling for admission.
• Candidates must have a personal Email ID before applying.

TG EAPCET 2025 step-by-step process for Online Registration

The TG EAPCET 2025 online application consists of three main steps:

Step 1: Pay Registration Fee

1. Click on the “PAY REGISTRATION FEE” link on the official website.
2. The Payment Verification page will appear.
   
3. Fill in the required details, including:
   • Group Subjects
   • Name of Board
   • Hall Ticket Number
   • Candidate’s Name, Date of Birth, Mobile Number, Email ID
   • Category, EWS status (for OC candidates), PH status
   • Stream Applied For and Payment Type
4. Click “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” and confirm details.
   
5. You will be redirected to the Online Payment Gateway. Choose your payment method:
   • Debit Card / Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
   • Net Banking
6. Enter your payment details and click “PAY”.
7. Important: Do not refresh, click back, or close the browser while the transaction is processing.
8. Once the payment is successful:
   • A Payment Reference ID will be displayed. Note this for future reference.
   • You can check payment status by clicking “KNOW YOUR PAYMENT STATUS” on the homepage.
9. If the amount is debited but the payment receipt is not generated, verify your Payment Status before making another payment.
   
10. If Payment Status shows “Transaction Not Found,” repeat the payment process. Any debited amount will be refunded within 5–6 working days.

After successful payment, proceed to Step 2.

Step 2: Fill Online Application

1. Click “PROCEED TO FILL APPLICATION” immediately after payment.
   • You can also fill the application later by visiting the homepage and selecting “FILL ONLINE APPLICATION”.
     
2. Enter the following details:
   • Payment Reference ID
   • Hall Ticket Number (Qualifying Exam)
   • Mobile Number & Date of Birth
3. Click “PROCEED TO FILL APPLICATION”.
   
4. Enter the required personal and academic details in the form, upload the documents.
5. Click “SAVE” to store the entered data.
6. Click “NEXT” to preview the application.
7. Review all details carefully. If changes are needed, click “MODIFY”.
8. Once confirmed, click “SUBMIT”.
9. A confirmation message will appear: “Your Application is confirmed successfully. Please note your Registration Number for future reference.”
   
10. Click “PRINT APPLICATION” to download or print the application for future reference.
11. After submission, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID.

After submitting the form, proceed to Step 3.

Step 3: Print Filled-In Application

1. Visit the TG EAPCET 2025 official website: eapcet.tgche.ac.in.
2. Click “PRINT FILLED-IN APPLICATION” on the homepage.
3. Enter the required details:
   • Registration Number
   • Payment Reference ID
   • Hall Ticket Number (Qualifying Exam)
   • Mobile Number & Date of Birth
4. Click “GET APPLICATION DETAILS”.
   
5. Your submitted application will appear.
6. Click “PRINT” to take a hard copy or “DOWNLOAD” to save a digital copy.

Important Notes:

• If the payment is debited but no receipt is generated, check “Payment Status” before making another payment.
• If payment fails, retry after confirming the previous transaction’s status. Any debited amount will be refunded within 5–6 working days.
• Keep the Payment Reference ID and Registration Number safe for future use.
• Ensure all details entered in the form are accurate before final submission.

Qualifying Marks for TG EAPCET 2025

• Candidates must secure at least 25% of the maximum marks to qualify.
• SC/ST candidates do not have a minimum qualifying mark requirement. However, admission will be limited to reserved category seats.

Ranking Criteria for TG EAPCET 2025

Engineering Stream Ranking

As per G.O. Ms. No. 73 (Higher Education Department, 28-07-2011), ranks will be based on normalized marks in the TG EAPCET 2025 exam.

If two or more candidates have the same score, the tie will be resolved using the following criteria in order:

1. Total normalized marks in TG EAPCET 2025
2. Mathematics marks in TG EAPCET 2025
3. Physics marks in TG EAPCET 2025
4. Date of Birth (older candidates will be given preference)

Agriculture & Pharmacy Stream Ranking

Ranks will be allotted based on normalized marks in the TG EAPCET 2025 exam.

If two or more candidates have the same score, the tie will be resolved using the following criteria in order:

• Qualifying in TG EAPCET 2025 does not guarantee admission.

Results & Rank Card

1. Candidates will be ranked based on merit.
2. The rank obtained in TG EAPCET 2025 is valid only for admissions in the academic year 2025-26.
3. Candidates can download their rank card from the official website: eapcet.tgche.ac.in.
4. If a candidate claims SC/ST relaxation for qualifying marks but is later found ineligible during admission, their rank will be cancelled.

Malpractice & Legal Jurisdiction

• Authorities will handle any malpractice during TG EAPCET 2025 according to G.O.
• In case of any legal disputes regarding TG EAPCET 2025, the Convener is the official representative for legal proceedings.
• Candidates must raise legal issues within one month from the result declaration date.
• All legal matters will be under the jurisdiction of the High Court of Hyderabad only.

Hall Ticket Download

• Candidates must download their Hall Ticket from the official website: https://eapcet.tgche.ac.in from 19-04-2025 (Saturday) onwards.

Counselling & Seat Allotment

Candidates must submit the following forms at the time of counselling to claim Nativity, Community, and Local Status as per Proforma I, Proforma II, and Proforma III given at the end of the PDF Notification. Ensure you prepare all necessary documents for submission.

1. List of participating colleges & available seats (by discipline & category) will be published in the Information Booklet for Admission Counselling and on the official website: www.tgche.ac.in.
2. The website will update any changes in eligibility criteria or ranking policy based on new Government Orders (G.O.)
3. The Telangana government will appoint the Commissioner of Technical Education as the Convener for counselling.

Instructions for TG EAPCET 2025 Computer-Based Test

Exam Guidelines

1. The exam duration is 180 minutes (3 hours).
2. The exam link with the login screen will be preloaded on your system. Inform the invigilator immediately if it is not visible.
3. You will be prompted to log in 15 minutes before the exam starts.
4. Copying or noting down questions and/or options is strictly prohibited. Any candidate found doing so will face severe action.

5. Time Management

   • The exam timer is set on the server.
   • A countdown timer in the top right corner of your screen will display the remaining time.
   • Once the timer reaches zero, the exam will automatically submit. You do not need to manually submit it.

6. Marking for Review:

   • Marked for Review means you wish to revisit a question later.
   • If a question is answered and marked for review, your answer will still be considered for evaluation.

7. Screen Navigation:

   • Click on the “>” arrow on the left side to hide the question palette and maximize the question window.
   • Click on the “<” arrow on the right side to restore the question palette.
   • Use [Scroll Down] and [Scroll Up] to navigate without using the mouse scroll.

8. You can move between questions using:

   • Question Palette (Right Side): Click on any question number to jump directly to that question. (Note: This does NOT save your current answer.)
   • Save & Next: Saves your answer and moves to the next question.
   • Mark for Review & Next: Saves your answer, marks the question for review, and moves to the next question.

9. To answer a multiple-choice question:

   • Click on the button of the chosen option.
   • To deselect an option, click on it again or click “Clear Response”.
   • To change your answer, click on another option.
   • Click “Save & Next” to save your answer.
   • Click “Mark for Review & Next” if you want to revisit the question later.
   • Only saved answers or reviewed answers will be considered for evaluation.
10. Sections (Subjects) are displayed on the top bar of the screen.
11. You can switch between sections by clicking on the section name.
12. After answering the last question in a section and clicking Save & Next, you will be automatically redirected to the first question of the next section.
13. You can switch between sections and questions at any time during the exam within the allotted time.
14. A section summary is displayed above the question palette for reference.
