| 1. To apply online for BPSC examinations, first visit the Bihar Public Service Commission website at bpsconline.bihar.gov.in and complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process. |
| 2. During OTR, the system will verify your mobile number and email ID using an OTP. Check your inbox and spam folder for the OTP and enter it to complete verification. |
| 3. If you have already completed OTR and want to apply, you only need to log in using your OTR credentials email Id or mobile number and password. |
| 4. Once the candidate completes the registration, the system will automatically redirect them to the Meri Pehchaan DigiLocker page. Where you can sign in using their mobile number and six-digit PIN. |
| 5. However, if the candidate does not have a DigiLocker account, they must sign up by entering the required details. |
| 6. Enter profile details, address, qualification, experience (if any) and other information. |
| 7. Capture live Photo and Upload Signature too. |
| 8. Now it’s the time for paying the applicable fee through payment gateway. |
