The AP DEECET 2025 Notification announces the schedule and procedure for admission into Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) courses offered in Andhra Pradesh. The Department of School Education conducts the entrance test to select eligible candidates who aspire to become teachers in primary schools.
To begin with, candidates must ensure they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria based on their intermediate subject combinations, such as Mathematics, Physical Science, Biological Science, or Social Studies.
Following eligibility confirmation, candidates must complete the application process online at the official websites cse.ap.gov.in or apdeecet.apcfss.in. Then, they should pay an application fee of ₹750 through the payment gateway between April 22, 2025, and May 7, 2025.
After obtaining the journal number, applicants can fill out the form, uploading their scanned photo and signature, and submit the completed application online between April 23, 2025, and May 8, 2025.
Later, candidates must download AP DEECET 2025 Hall Ticket from May 20, 2025, onward using the same official websites. The exam will be conducted at designated centers across district headquarters.
Importantly, only candidates who qualify in the entrance test will receive ranks based on merit in their respective medium. Therefore, applicants must carefully follow the instructions outlined in the AP DEECET 2025 Notification and prepare thoroughly to secure admission into the D.El.Ed. program.

Eligibility for AP DEECET 2025 Notification
Age
Candidate must have completed 17 years as of 1st September 2025. There is no upper age limit. |
Education Qualification
To apply for admission, students must meet the following qualification:
Candidate must have passed or appeared for the Intermediate (or equivalent) examination. |
Also candidate must have secured 50% marks for General and 45% marks for SC, ST, PH candidates. |
Candidates who passed Intermediate with vocational courses are not eligible to appear for DEECET 2025. |
Exam Pattern for AP DEECET 2025 Notification
The AP DEECET 2025 entrance test consists of 100 objective-type questions carrying 100 marks in total. The exam is divided into two parts: Part-A and Part-B.
Part-A: Common for All Candidates (60 Marks)
To begin with, Part-A evaluates your general aptitude and foundational knowledge from Classes VI to X based on the A.P. State Syllabus. It carries 60 marks in total.

4. After payment, note the Journal Number generated. |
5. Now, click on Application Form on the website homepage. |
6. After that, enter the Journal Number, payment date, and your Date of Birth. |
7. Then, upload your scanned photo with signature. |
8. Next, tick the declaration, enter the captcha code, and click Upload. |
9. Now, fill in your details in the application form as per the instructions given. |
10. Click Preview to verify all details and submit the application form. |
11. Finally, note your Reference ID Number, Download and take a printout for future use. |
