The Airports Authority of India (AAI), a Government of India Public Sector Enterprise formed by an Act of Parliament, is responsible for developing, upgrading, maintaining, and managing civil aviation infrastructure in the country both on the ground and in the airspace.

AAI is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Executive (Air Traffic Control). Applications must be submitted online through the official AAI website at www.aai.aero.

Eligibility for AAI JE ATC Recruitment 2025

Age

The maximum age of the applicant must be 27 years as on 24th May 2025.

Age Relaxation

• Relaxation of 5 years in the upper age limit for SC/ST candidates.
• Relaxation of 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
• Relaxation of 10 years for PwBD candidates (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities).

Education Qualification

Candidates must possess either of the following qualifications:

• A full-time regular three-year Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics and Mathematics,
  OR
• A full-time regular Bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline, with Physics and Mathematics as subjects in at least one semester.
• In addition, The candidate must have minimum proficiency in spoken and written English, equivalent to 10+2 level. The candidate should have passed English as one of the subjects in either 10th or 12th standard.

Salary for AAI JE ATC Recruitment 2025

• Rs. 40,000 is the starting basic salary for the post of Junior Executive. Every year, their basic pay increases by 3%. Over time, with yearly increments, this basic pay can gradually rise up to Rs. 1,40,000, depending on their service and promotions.

In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will receive:

• Dearness Allowance (DA)
• Perks at 35% of the basic pay
• House Rent Allowance (HRA)
• Other benefits as per AAI rules, including:
• Contributory Provident Fund (CPF)
• Gratuity
• Social Security Schemes
• Medical benefits, etc.

Selection Process of AAI JE ATC Recruitment 2025

Computer-Based Test (CBT)

• The authorities will call all provisionally eligible candidates, based on the details they submit in the application form, to appear for a Computer-Based Test.
• The authorities will issue admit cards accordingly.
• Computer Based Test will be bilingual i.e. Hindi and English, except test of English language.
• No negative marking for wrong answers in the computer based test.
• Based on the performance in the Computer-Based Test, candidates will be shortlisted for further stages.

• Background Verification

Final Selection

• The final selection will be based on a merit list prepared from the Computer-Based Test scores.
• However, candidates must Test negative for psychoactive substances, Qualify the Voice Test and Psychological Assessment, Clear the Physical Medical Examination and Pass Background Verification.

AAI JE ATC Recruitment 2025 Online Application Form

Keep the Following Information and Documents ready:

• Valid Email ID and Mobile Number
• You must scan a recent passport-size colour photo taken within the last 3 months.
• A scanned signature should be on white paper with a black ink pen.
• Educational qualification certificates
• Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL)
• EWS certificate
• Disability certificate (if applicable)
• Experience certificate
• Discharge certificate (for Ex-Servicemen)
• Apprentice certificate (if completed training in AAI)

• Rs.1000/- (inclusive of GST) only payable online.
• SC/ST candidates, PwBD candidates, and female candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
• After you click Submit on the application form, the system will redirect you to the SBI e-Pay Lite payment portal.
• You can pay through Internet Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card.
• After Payment you will be redirected back to the application page.
